Seneca Town Hall

MRB Group designed a 5,202 square foot, one-story brick building for the Town of Seneca’s new Town Hall.

The new facility includes:

• Office space for the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, Assessor and Assistant, Bookkeeper, and Building Department
• Space for the future relocation of the Town Courts and Judge’s Chambers
• Board room
• Conference room
• Small kitchen
• Restrooms
• Public lobby
• Fire resistant storage vault
• Walk-out basement for storage and mechanical space
