Existing Conditions Analysis and Site Master Plan
MRB Group completed an Existing Conditions Analysis of the joint Pembroke Town Hall and Highway Department Facility. Our evaluation considered structural, HVAC, electrical, site drainage, and salt storage issues.
The Town of Pembroke used our report recommendations to develop an overall Site Master Plan for constructing new buildings and expanding existing facilities.
To date, the Town of Pembroke has completed two projects designed by MRB Group:
- a new Town Court facility constructed at an off-site location
- a new Salt Storage Barn built in the existing location
