Canopy Trail Residential Subdivision

MRB Group designed this residential cluster development on Phillips Road in the Town of Webster. The design included all aspects of traditional site development including:

• Survey
• Road/infrastructure design
• Stormwater
• Grading requirements

We broke the project into two phases. Phase I consisted of 33 building lots on 26 acres. The entire subdivision now includes 56 building lots over 41acres.

MRB Group used cluster zoning to preserve as much wooded area as possible.
