MRB Group completed a report evaluating the feasibility of developing an industrial park in the Town of Milo for the Pulver Property Proposed Industrial Park.
Our report included:
- A description of the existing parcel
- Schematic layout of the proposed industrial park
- Evaluation of the off-site utilities, water, sanitary sewer, gas, and electric
- Investigation of the Industrial Park utilities including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, gas, and electric
- Evaluation of stormwater management facilities
- Cost estimates MRB Group also provided the following scope of services:
- Topographic survey and base mapping.
- On site engineering tasks such as preliminary design layout, site grading, erosion control plans, preliminary road profiles, site drainage calculations, preliminary design layout for the sanitary sewer system, and more.
- Offsite utility upgrades such as design of sanitary sewer upgrades, design of watermain upgrades, design of storm sewer upgrades, preliminary plans and profiles of water, sewer, and storm upgrades, and revised opinions of probable utility upgrade costs.
