Ambulance Facility - Village of Lima
MRB Group designed and managed construction bidding of a new ambulance facility for the Village of Lima. This 5,700 square foot ambulance facility includes concrete plank walls with siding, a brick ledge along the lower portion, and a shingled roof.
The structure is divided into two main sections:
• The bay area features two bays to accommodate ambulance vehicles and storage.
• The other section includes office space, a training room, lounge, and restrooms.
The building is equipped with the proper mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems
including a fire alarm and security system.
The formerly vacant site was completely transformed to include a new driveway, parking, walkways, and new utility services.
