
MRB Group worked with the Livingston County Water & Sewer Authority, the Town of Groveland, and the Village/Town of Mt. Morris on this project to support a new salt mine facility at Hampton Corners. Our services included the study, design, permitting, and construction administration services and observation of: • 6,600 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer • 3,400 linear feet of 6-inch forcemain • two sanitary sewer pump station buildings along State Route 408 We also assisted with the installation of: • More than 11,000 linear feet of 12-inch watermain • New water booster pump station The project design included several unique features: • Crossing Canaseraga Creek with gravity sewer • Watermain supported off of the G&W railroad bridge • Sewer and water spurs that serve the Livingston County highway facility MRB Group helped obtain project construction approvals from the following agencies: • NYSDEC • US Economic Development Administration • NYSDOT • NYS Agriculture & Markets We also assisted with securing funding from the Economic Development Administration (US Chamber of Commerce).
