MRB Group in Haiti

(Rochester, New York) April 1, 2009 —Scott DeHollander, Project Manager, at MRB Group recently returned from working in Haiti. DeHollander has donated his expertise the last three years as a Civil Engineer in order to design The Haiti Providence University. Construction is expected to start in 2010.

MRB Group has also donated equipment, services, and time; along with sending over 200 pounds of clothing, shoes, and soccer balls to Haitian residents during DeHollander’s last trip. He would be happy to speak about his visits to Haiti and has several pictures of his projects. His specialty is in drinking water and wastewater management. He also has a number of interesting stories that illustrate the vast differences that exist between our country and Haiti simply because of water resources.
