As part of our land development service, MRB Group:

• Gathers and identifies zoning requirements, unique qualities, project obstacles and permitting requirements
• Develops a lump sum proposal which addresses permitting requirements and potential challenges
• Conducts a due diligence study and prepares a conceptual land development cost estimate
• Meets with town officials and jurisdictional agencies to develop a realistic project process and schedule
• Develops schematic layouts of the project for your authorization and presents layouts to the Planning Board
• Initiates the environmental review process and prepares appropriate documentation
• Prepares preliminary and final plans and submits to jurisdictional agencies; obtains appropriate approvals
• Obtains final approvals, prepares final land development cost estimate
• Provides construction management services
