Canopy Trail Residential Subdivision

MRB Group, PC was hired by Krautwurst Brothers for the design of this residential cluster development located on Phillips Road in the Town of Webster. The subdivision was broken into two phases and cluster zoning was utilized to preserve as much wooded area as possible.

The entire subdivision includes 56 building lots over 41-acres with Phase I consisting of 33 building lots on 26-acres.
