MRB Group Announces New Employees, Promotions and Achievements
(Rochester, New York) Febuary 12, 2009 — Nancy Mangano has been hired by MRB Group as a Project Manager. She has provided project management, project planning, and design for many diverse projects for municipal, commercial, private and not-for-profit clients. Most recently Mangano was the Executive Director of Seneca Knit Development Corporation.
MRB Group announces that John Trimber has joined our firm as a Project Manager. He will be working out of our Corning office. Trimber brings over 35 years of experience in surveying and mapping and has been a licensed surveyor in New York State for 25 years. Trimber is a native of Elmira and currently resides in Erin with his wife.
Amanda McDonald joins MRB Group as a Business Development Coordinator. She recently returned to Rochester after working for Johnson Engineering and WINK-TV, the CBS affiliate, in Fort Myers/ Naples, FL. She holds a degree in Meteorology and a minor in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from The Pennsylvania State University. McDonald is a native of Rochester, NY and currently resides in Greece, NY.
MRB Group is pleased to announce that Dana Ivester has joined our team as a Senior Design Technician. He brings over ten years of experience as a Senior Digital Mapping Technician and as a GIS Analyst. He will play an essential role in the integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) into design services already offered by MRB. Ivester is a native of Elmira, NY and currently resides in Waverly, NY. He will be working out of our Corning office.
MRB Group announces that Michelle Pedley, has joined our team as anAccounting Administrator. She brings over ten years of experience with payroll and administration. Before joining MRB Group, Pedley worked for 5LINKX Enterprises, Inc. She currently resides in Brockport, NY with her family.
MRB Group announces that James Oberst, Vice President, has earned LEED Professional Accreditation from The Green Building Certification Institute. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professionals must demonstrate a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles relating to sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and environmental quality.
Additionally, Daniel Allen, Senior GIS Analyst at MRB Group, has received certification as a Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) from the GIS Certification Institute. This credential is based upon educational achievement, professional experience, ethics, and continued commitment through recertification.
